  1. Can I change my order after submitting it?
  2. What does the desired delivery date mean?
    • Desired delivery date is the date that you wish to receive your order. Please remember that it may vary from your wish due to several different factors such as shipping delays or inventory issues.
  3. When will I receive my order confirmation?
    • Order confirmation is sent to you by e-mail by our customer service representatives within 1-3 business days.
  4. Where can I see my latest order and order history?
    • In the portal main menu, you will find “Purchase Order Request” next to “Favorites”, where you will see all your orders made in the portal. Please notice that if customer service informed in the order confirmation something missing and some product was not delivered, it is not at the moment updated to the order history in the portal.
  5. Where can I enter our company’s own order number in order to follow the order?
    • Before confirming and submitting the delivery, the portal is asking you to “Review Purchase order”. At the bottom after the ordered items and delivery address, there is a space for “Purchase Order Reference (optional)”, where your own PO number can be informed.
  6. Where can I enter a wish for delivery time?
    • Before confirming and submitting the delivery, the portal is asking you to “Review Purchase order”. At the bottom after the ordered items and delivery address, there is a space for “Purchase Order Notes (optional)”, where all wishes (like delivery time) to customer service can be informed.
  7. Do you have a minimum order limit?
    • Yes, the Huhtamaki customer portal has a minimum order limit of 1250 euros (12 500 SEK). For smaller orders, please consult your local whole seller of Huhtamaki products.
